O’Neill Experience

  • When you think of Aspen usually 2 things come to mind. A winter playground for the rich and famous, and and area that boasts the most expensive real estate prices in the US. It also happens to be the home of the Winter X Games since 2002. I have been in talks with O’Neill for just over a month now with a new photo project that is gonna start with me in Aspen at the end of this month. I will be flying out of Montreal on the 25th to be a part of the madness that is X Games. The 6 high flying days and party hard nights of Winter X will be documented through my camera lens and posted for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own home on a new site I will be working on called the O’Neill Experience which is live now. A daily look at life with me on the road at Winter X. Fashion, food, parties etc, you will see it all. Im really stoked on this opportunity with the iconic brand. I have been surfer/skier since the 90s and to be able to team up with them on a photo project of this magnitude is so awesome and a highlight for me! I have also been hooked up with Kevin at Kurent INC, a PR agency in LA that is working along side with me on this. He has told me that my photos will be picked up by Complex Magazine and Nylon Magazine which again is just an amazing bonus. I am completely blown away by all of this and cant wait to get my ass to Colorado and start this. Lastly I just wanna take a minute and thank Stussy, for outfitting me in gear from head to toe, Dakine for a new Sequence camera pack, PKG for my Black Crown Collection travel bag, and of course O’Neill for getting me in the best outerwear to keep me warm on the snowy slopes.
